In this teaching, hear about the importance of replacing hurry with sabbath. Pastor Mike talks about how removing some bad habits and replacing them with spiritual practices will help you become who God created you to be and reveal how Jesus' yoke is easy to bear, and the burden is light. He is not saying that doing spiritual disciples will give you rest. He did those for decades, and they usually made his life harder. He is talking about something deeper. For him, it was like a renovation of his heart.
28 Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”
