[00:00:00] Foreign church. We are thrilled you decided to listen to our teaching on your favorite podcast app. If you made a decision to follow Christ today, would you let us know by visiting yes.newlife Gillette.com Here is this week's teaching.
[00:00:27] Let me say welcome to those of you who are watching online, to the guys over at the prison, to our friends at the jail, and those of you who are here in the room. There's a lot of you here today.
[00:00:37] I'm excited about that.
[00:00:39] Somebody texted me and said there's not a single parking lot or parking spot empty in the parking lot. So, yeah, you clap about that. That for me, that's like, oh, no, what do we do?
[00:00:55] No, it's good stuff.
[00:00:56] Do a thought exercise with me. I want you to bring to mind some things that you used to struggle with, but you don't anymore. Things that used to be true about you but aren't true about you anymore. Begin to create a list. If you're a kid, the list is going to be short. It's going to be things like, I used to wet the bed, but I don't anymore.
[00:01:20] I used to hit my brother, but I don't anymore. And then you're probably done. That's about it. If you're a teenager, the list gets a little bit longer. You would add things in there like, I used to have a hard time waking up in the morning and now I go to bed early and study and do all that stuff.
[00:01:36] Quit cheating on tests.
[00:01:38] If you're an adult, the list gets longer and it gets a little more serious. Right?
[00:01:46] You would add onto the list, I used to be addicted to this substance and now I'm not anymore. I used to struggle with pornography and I don't anymore. I used to be in debt, but now I'm free.
[00:02:01] I used to be overweight, but then I developed some healthy eating and exercise habits I used to struggle with. Now I don't. What is that list for you?
[00:02:15] And I think you can look at the length of your list and know some things about yourself.
[00:02:21] I think it will tell you what kind of habits you have in your life that allow you to overcome weaknesses, to grow, to mature, and to make the list longer.
[00:02:34] When I was young, I don't remember what it was. I think I heard a sermon or somebody talked to me or something. I remember making a commitment when I was in high school that I was going to be somebody who was constantly growing, who is always becoming better, always maturing, always growing and learning.
[00:02:53] And now I can tell you that I Have throughout my entire life, constantly grown and never struggled through anything, never hit any roadblock. No, that's not true. Right.
[00:03:04] There's been ups and downs. There's been seasons with a lot of growth, a lot of breakthrough, a lot of advancement. And then there have been seasons in my life when I regress, when I stagnate, when I stop growing and stop learning.
[00:03:20] So what about you?
[00:03:23] Have there been roadblocks? And what were they?
[00:03:26] Are you at one right now?
[00:03:29] Is your list short?
[00:03:31] Are you stuck?
[00:03:32] Or is your list long?
[00:03:34] And you're advancing, you're charging forward.
[00:03:38] Because the truth is, inevitably, you will hit a wall at which you just feel like you can't get past it.
[00:03:46] There's that habit you just can't break.
[00:03:49] There's that thing that you know you should do, but you just can't get up the energy to do it, or you can't get up the courage to have the conversation that you need to have.
[00:04:02] What is it for you if you're stuck? There's been a wall there that you've got to figure out how to get past.
[00:04:09] And usually, in my experience, and talking to many of you who have broken through these walls, what that requires is you to get a little bit introspective.
[00:04:18] It requires you to think about, what is it about me that is keeping me from advancing?
[00:04:26] What are the motivations that I have deep down in my heart that are keeping me from growing?
[00:04:36] Usually for many people, this requires some counseling.
[00:04:40] Maybe you need to have an open, honest conversation with an accountability partner or with a spouse.
[00:04:45] Say, what is it about my past?
[00:04:48] What is it about my personality?
[00:04:51] What is it about my motivations that have kept me from moving forward? Because the church, I think, talks a lot about the rules that we have to follow.
[00:05:03] We just keep adding rules. It's like we don't even need the Bible anymore. We'll just come up with some rules and we'll put them on ourselves because it makes us feel better about ourselves.
[00:05:12] And I don't think we talk enough about what are the motivations that we have that these rules. We're trying to suppress certain behaviors. But I think it'd be better if we get to the motivations, the heart. What is it that is causing me to be weak in the areas that I am weak?
[00:05:29] Because at some point in the sanctification process. Sanctification is what happens to you after you begin a relationship with Jesus Christ. It's the growing maturing process. At some point in the sanctification process, we will all have to get introspective and find out our motivations. And today I want to focus not just on what God commands us to do, but also on why we do them, why we are motivated to follow his commands, to follow his teachings.
[00:05:58] You know that famous motto, it goes like this.
[00:06:01] Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Good job, guys. That's right. Don't do the crime if you can't do the crime. I said it backwards. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
[00:06:13] You know, I wonder about this phrase because it's wrong, right? I can't imagine ever thinking, you know, I want to do that crime.
[00:06:24] But I think I'm going to hold off because I don't think I have time to do that crime.
[00:06:30] That particular crime comes with a penalty of 15 years in the federal penitentiary.
[00:06:39] Man.
[00:06:40] Want to do the crime, but that's a long time.
[00:06:44] Wish I could, but I've got a family and a job.
[00:06:49] Dreams.
[00:06:52] Do you do this in your life? No, you don't do this, right?
[00:06:55] You do a crime because there's some kind of unmeasured motivation inside of you that is leading you to do the crime. Or at some point in your life you did not develop the self control necessary to keep you from doing the crime.
[00:07:11] This motto doesn't work.
[00:07:13] What's a better motto?
[00:07:15] Don't do the crime because it's wrong. Like, because it's bad. Like that. I know it doesn't rhyme or anything like that, but it actually makes sense.
[00:07:25] What are the motivations behind your desire to do that crime?
[00:07:31] And the truth is, once you discover that motivation, once you uncover the anger or the lust or the envy that is causing you to have the bad desire, once you discover that motivation, now you've got some work to do.
[00:07:52] Now you've got some healing that needs to happen.
[00:07:55] And before you can just attack the problem, you've got to go through this difficult, painful healing journey.
[00:08:03] And we're going to talk about that in this series. So this series we have called Becoming. If this is your first Sunday here, you picked an awesome Sunday to join because we're starting a brand new journey. We're going through this book that CJ wrote called Becoming.
[00:08:17] Living the way of Jesus with the people of God.
[00:08:22] And all of our life groups are going through this together. I encourage you to read, read the book. But one thing I want to tell you that this journey is not is some legalistic workspace. I've got to earn God's favor. I'VE got to earn God's love. If I can become the right, then God will like me.
[00:08:41] If I can do the right things, then I can earn favor with God. That is not the goal of this process.
[00:08:48] The goal of this process is to recognize that because I have earned God's favor or no, because I have received God's favor, because God loves me unconditionally, now I am empowered to become the person that he created me to be.
[00:09:05] One of my favorite lines in the book is this. Jesus raised the bar and lowered the pressure.
[00:09:12] In other words, God's standards for becoming are incredibly high.
[00:09:17] You got to be perfect in order to meet God's standards. You can't ever screw up.
[00:09:22] Are we ever going to get there?
[00:09:24] You're not going to get there.
[00:09:26] I mean, you should pursue getting there.
[00:09:29] You should try to get there. But at some point, we recognize we're all going to fall short of perfection.
[00:09:35] The bar is incredibly high. But Jesus lowered the pressure. How? By meeting the standard for us.
[00:09:42] He raised the bar, and then he met the expectation for us on our behalf. And now he has empowered us to become, to grow, to mature. Not because we are good, but because he is good. And so we put our faith in Him.
[00:09:59] We trust Him. We trust him, and we trust his plan.
[00:10:06] I was watching the news the other day, and I heard President Trump say this, Russia, it could be his ticket to heaven. Watch.
[00:10:13] If I can save 7,000 people a week from being killed, I think that's a pretty. I want to try and get to heaven if possible. I'm hearing I'm not doing well. I'm really at the bottom of the totem pole. If I can get to heaven, this will be one of the reasons.
[00:10:29] If I can get to heaven, it's because I did some good things right.
[00:10:33] Wouldn't it be better to say I'm doing this because I think it's the right thing to do? Now, I think Trump's joking there, and I think he knows the truth, but what he's talking about is this very common misconception that I need to behave, I need to become in order to earn my way to heaven. And that is true about every religion in the world, except for Christianity.
[00:10:57] That is not Christianity.
[00:10:59] The entire message of Christianity is that you can't earn your way to heaven.
[00:11:05] So Jesus earned your way to heaven for you, and he wants to give it to you as a free gift.
[00:11:12] And now, because you've received that gift, Christians, you are empowered to become somebody that you couldn't become otherwise.
[00:11:23] Now you can grow in ways you could have never been strong enough to grow before.
[00:11:28] One thing you probably don't know about me is that I'm a big tin whistle fan.
[00:11:33] Ever seen a tin whistle before?
[00:11:35] You've heard a tin whistle. I can tell you that whether you know it or not, if you've ever watched the Lord of the Rings movies, you have definitely heard a tin whistle. The first time I ever heard a tin whistle and why I fell in love with them 20 years ago, I. I watched this Lord of the Rings movie where Gandalf is riding into the Shire and you hear that music in the background that's just so peaceful. The Shire. It's beautiful, right? And I heard that and I Googled what I think they had Google back then. I don't know, I Googled what is that sound I'm hearing in that song? And it popped up. Oh, that's a tin whistle I'm hearing. So 20 years ago, I bought a tin whistle.
[00:12:14] You want to hear the tin whistle?
[00:12:18] Goes like this.
[00:12:35] Do you want to hear.
[00:12:42] Do you want to hear somebody else play the tin whistle? Okay, here it is.
[00:12:59] Who played it better?
[00:13:00] I was close. Did I get him? No.
[00:13:04] Keep practicing.
[00:13:06] Apparently, 20 years of owning a tin whistle does not make you a good tin whistle player.
[00:13:17] What step was I missing?
[00:13:19] Practice. Yeah.
[00:13:21] Anybody have to take piano lessons when you were a kid?
[00:13:24] Anybody? Yeah. A few of you. My parents made me take piano lessons when I was a kid.
[00:13:29] When you show up at your piano lesson, what is the first question your piano teacher asks you?
[00:13:35] Did you practice?
[00:13:38] And what did you say?
[00:13:40] You said, yeah. Yeah.
[00:13:44] Huh. Well, I mean, I was really busy feeding the poor and reading the Bible and praying and things, but I practiced.
[00:13:56] And then the lesson starts and you can't play anything. You're supposed to be able to play by this point, right? You've been there and you're just trying to fake it all the way through, but you're fooling no one.
[00:14:07] The piano teacher knows you did not practice.
[00:14:13] Could I then turn around and blame my piano teacher for me not being good at the piano?
[00:14:20] No. Why?
[00:14:21] Because the piano teacher gave me all the tools that I needed in order to become a piano player.
[00:14:29] The piano teacher gave me all the tools that I needed in order to show up at the next lesson and show that I had done what I was supposed to do. But because I did not practice, I didn't become a piano player.
[00:14:46] I hear this in church all the time.
[00:14:48] I quit going to church because all those hypocrites. It's their fault.
[00:14:53] They're not doing what God told us to do. So I'm not going to go to church.
[00:14:58] Or maybe you leave one church to go to another church and you blame the old church that you were at because you weren't growing, because you weren't maturing, because you weren't becoming anything.
[00:15:13] The statement I always hear, it's a ridiculous statement. Here's the statement I wasn't being fed, to which I always want to say, no, you weren't eating.
[00:15:28] You had all the tools you needed.
[00:15:31] It was all there.
[00:15:33] You can read the Bible just like I can read the Bible.
[00:15:37] How silly is it for me to own a Bible without reading it, without practicing it, without applying it to my life?
[00:15:49] So that's the series.
[00:15:51] Becoming.
[00:15:52] If you want to become a piano player, what do you have to do? You have to practice the piano. If you want to become a football player, what do you have to do? You have to practice football. And if you want to become a follower of Jesus Christ, if you want to be like Jesus Christ, you have to become his disciple.
[00:16:14] That's going to take some work. That's going to have to. That's going to take some practice.
[00:16:19] You'll have to learn what it looks like to be like Jesus, to do the things that. That he does.
[00:16:26] We're going to look at a passage today that really lays out, I think, everything we believe about what it is to become a follower of Jesus. And goes like this.
[00:16:39] By his divine power, God has given us everything we need, every tool we need for living a godly life.
[00:16:49] No excuses.
[00:16:51] I've been given everything I need to live a godly life.
[00:16:55] We have received all of this. How? How have we received these tools? By coming to know him, by having a relationship with him, the one who called us to Himself by means of his marvelous glory. Not my good deeds, not by means of me removing a bunch of sins from my life by means of his glory, his goodness and excellence. He has accomplished everything necessary to give me the tools that I need to become the person that he created me to be.
[00:17:27] So everyone who has put their faith in Jesus has become something that they were not before, has been given strength that they did not have before.
[00:17:38] Why? Because before you knew Christ, before you had a relationship with him, you were dead. Scripture says dead.
[00:17:46] How does a dead person try to do anything?
[00:17:49] How does a dead person try to become.
[00:17:52] You can't. You're dead.
[00:17:55] And how does a dead person come to life?
[00:17:58] You can't do it yourself. You're dead.
[00:18:01] So Jesus gave us life and he gave us what we needed to become the person that he created us to be. Now we are citizens of the kingdom of God. And with citizenship in God's kingdom comes perks.
[00:18:15] And it is only because God is in you. Because God has given you the ability. He earned it. And he gave it to you so that you can become the person he created you to be.
[00:18:27] And because of his glory and his excellence, he has given us great and precious promises.
[00:18:36] These are the promises that enable you these promises.
[00:18:40] This is so good, guys. Lean in. Pay attention. This is so good. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world's corruption caused by what causes corruption caused by human desires.
[00:18:56] In view of all this, make every effort to respond to God's promises.
[00:19:03] Supplement your faith with a generous provision of moral excellence and moral excellence with knowledge. He's given us a list here. It's an important list. And knowledge with self control.
[00:19:16] And self control. With patient endurance. And patient endurance. With godliness. And godliness. With brotherly affection. And brotherly affection. With love for everyone. I think this is such a helpful list. So we're going to go back through this list. He says that you should supplement your faith. So this is once you've been adopted into God's family, once he has given you the tools that you need.
[00:19:42] Now you supplement your faith in God with these habits. Here are the habits. One of them is moral excellence. We believe in absolute truth.
[00:19:52] We believe that there is a correct way of living life. It's not do whatever you feel like doing. Do what makes you feel good. Pick your own truth. No, this is we follow God's truth. He his plan for healthy living, not our own ideas. Then he says we adopt the habit of knowledge.
[00:20:12] We study scripture.
[00:20:14] We come to church, we learn, we read. We talk to our life group about what God is teaching us.
[00:20:22] Third is self control.
[00:20:25] We don't just do whatever makes us feel good or do what we feel like doing. We do the hard work of building boundaries in our life to keep us from doing the things that we should not do. We do the hard work of running from temptation when Satan is trying to drag us into behavior that we should be avoiding.
[00:20:43] He says you should adopt the habit of patient endurance.
[00:20:47] In other words, I don't have to see the reward for my effort immediately.
[00:20:54] I can trust God.
[00:20:56] I can do what he tells me to do, even when I don't see the results right away. That's faith.
[00:21:02] I have the faith to do the things he tells me to do before I see the results that, that he tells me will eventually come. Even if those results are eternal, I can endure patiently endure. I keep obeying.
[00:21:16] And then he says we adopt godliness.
[00:21:20] And then he describes what godliness is. He says, it's love.
[00:21:25] Godliness is love.
[00:21:27] He takes it to the extreme.
[00:21:30] We love those who love us, obviously, but we also love our enemies, those who persecute us. We love everyone. That's godliness.
[00:21:40] And I look at this list and to me it looks like a funnel.
[00:21:45] We talk often about this path of growth, this path of maturity, and I think he lays out to us this path.
[00:21:52] You start with moral excellence. Well, that's just kind of something that most normal people pursue, right? Everybody kind of has a different definition of what is moral and what isn't. But everybody is kind of pursuing moral excellence.
[00:22:05] Fewer people are pursuing knowledge.
[00:22:07] There's some people who are just like, nope, this is how I feel, this is where I'm going. But most of us are getting to the place where we pursue knowledge. The problem is even the demons believe, even the demons have the knowledge of Christ.
[00:22:21] So he calls us to something deeper in the funnel to self control. That's hard.
[00:22:27] That's really difficult. In fact, most people just hit a wall there and just say, I can't.
[00:22:32] My desires control me.
[00:22:34] I can't do anything about it. That's just who I am. I've just got to be happy with who I am. I've just got to embrace myself. And most people hit a wall there and just don't go any deeper.
[00:22:45] But God calls us to something more patient endurance.
[00:22:50] Like not just I feel the emotions of the event, I feel the emotions of the moment. And so I'll say yes to Jesus, but this like, ongoing journey of growth.
[00:23:01] You know, older people sometimes get a bad rap for being old school. Why is that? Well, it's because at some point their endurance ran out.
[00:23:13] Like, I'm done changing, I'm done growing. I've just got to accept the fact that I have an anger problem. I can't do anything about it. I've just got to accept the fact that I'm going to always deal with this struggle.
[00:23:26] And you don't move forward. At some point you hit a wall and God tells us to break through that wall. Patient endurance, keep moving, keep pushing forward until eventually you can get to the place where you experience love. Godliness.
[00:23:40] That goes much deeper than my emotions. It goes much deeper than just what I feel like doing.
[00:23:48] But I can do the hard work of Loving everyone.
[00:23:53] And this is the journey that God calls us on. It's a maturing journey. It's a slow journey. I mean, we would say that most people never get to the bottom of this funnel, but this is the bar that God has called us to. So we're going to keep moving forward. And we believe optimistically as Wesleyans, that it's possible we can get there. God is sanctifying us.
[00:24:15] And then he says this.
[00:24:17] The more you grow like this, the more productive. I love this. The more productive and useful. I think these are great words.
[00:24:27] The more productive and useful you will be in your knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
[00:24:34] But those who fail to develop in this way are short sighted or blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their old sins and just keep going back to the old way instead of moving forward.
[00:24:50] You've been reborn and you are called to become somebody who is productive and effective in our world, effective for the mission that God has called us to.
[00:25:01] And I want to say this, for anybody here today who is experiencing feelings of guilt or shame in this moment, let me say that.
[00:25:10] That a little bit of guilt is good.
[00:25:13] Some conviction about the reality of where I am and where I should be, that there is a distance between those two things is a good thing.
[00:25:22] But you don't dwell there.
[00:25:24] You don't stay in the guilt. You remind yourself that God loves you unconditionally. You remind yourselves that your sins have been forgiven and you continue to move forward in a relationship with Him.
[00:25:36] Because if you sit in that guilt, if you dwell in that guilt, it becomes shame. And shame is counterproductive in all of life.
[00:25:43] Don't allow, don't go there.
[00:25:45] Instead, remember that God loves you unconditionally. Every sin that you committed in the past has been forgiven. If you've put your faith in Jesus Christ, every sin you've ever committed in the past has been forgiven. And every sin you will ever commit in the future has been forgiven. If Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior, it is now no longer a conversation about whether or not I can earn a relationship with him or not. He gave you the relationship and now he has empowered you to become somebody that you were not before. Jesus makes our lives better and he makes us better at life.
[00:26:22] And then he says so. Dear brothers and sisters, work hard to prove that you really are among those God has called and chosen. Produce the fruit. Work hard, do these things and you will never fall away.
[00:26:41] If you've struggled to remove bad habits from your life or to adopt good habits in your Life, you are not alone.
[00:26:51] We all struggle here. We all have good seasons and bad seasons.
[00:26:57] God uses people all over the spectrum, people who are all across the growth journey.
[00:27:03] But if we want to avoid becoming like the prodigal son who ran away from the Father, who turned his back on the Father, then we have to constantly set our eyes on Jesus, the one who perfects our faith, the one who is working this all together for good. We set our attention on him, not on ourselves, not on our shortcomings, but on his power, on his strength.
[00:27:30] Then God will give you a grand entrance. This is such a good verse. Then God will give you a grand entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I love this verse. Why?
[00:27:48] Because I don't want to crawl into heaven.
[00:27:51] I don't want to limp into heaven.
[00:27:55] When you read about Peter and Paul and James in the New Testament, you're reading about people who sacrificed everything in this life so that as they were entering into heaven, there was a grand entrance, a celebration of the good that God had done through them in this life.
[00:28:18] If you will give yourself to this becoming journey, it will make you more effective.
[00:28:24] It will increase your missional impact, your impact in this world for the things that really matter.
[00:28:32] When Charlie Kirk went to heaven, they did not celebrate his political victories.
[00:28:41] Whether whether you agreed with his politics or not, what you have to recognize is that there. There was a positive impact that he made in at least some lives in this world for the kingdom of God. And that is what will be the focus of his entrance into heaven. What did you do to grow the kingdom?
[00:28:58] When I was in college, I used to travel with a band.
[00:29:03] And this band would play at youth camps all through the summer.
[00:29:07] And I remember one youth camp we were at in Missouri, and we led worship. And after we led worship, the camp speaker gets up there and he starts preaching. And in his sermon, he tells a story about a dream that he had.
[00:29:19] And in his dream, he wakes up in the St. Louis Rams football stadium.
[00:29:25] Anybody remember the St. Louis Rams?
[00:29:29] Yeah, we're that old.
[00:29:31] And he wakes up in the football stadium, and for some reason, he knows that this is heaven.
[00:29:38] And I.
[00:29:39] If I woke up in Arrowhead, I would assume it was heaven, too. So he just knows he's in heaven in the St. Louis Rams football stadium.
[00:29:48] And all of a sudden, he hears over the loudspeaker his name.
[00:29:52] His name was Rick.
[00:29:55] And the loudspeaker says, rick. And for some reason, he knows what he's supposed to do. And he begins to walk through the tunnels around the stadium and out onto the field.
[00:30:05] And when he walks out onto the field, he looks out on the 50 yard line and there is God sitting on his throne in the middle of the field.
[00:30:13] And so Rick starts running to God and he bows down before God.
[00:30:21] But then God gets up off of the throne, he picks Rick up and he points him back at the tunnel that he's just run out of. And Rick, in this moment, his heart drops because he thinks God is sending him away. But that's not what happened. Because in that moment, all of these people, hundreds of people, came pouring out of the tunnel that Rick has just come out of. And they're chanting Rick's name.
[00:30:42] And they run over to Rick and they pick him up and they put him on their shoulders and they are celebrating Rick.
[00:30:50] And he looks down and he realizes who these people are.
[00:30:55] Everybody here who is celebrating is somebody who is there in heaven. Because while Rick was on earth, he shared his faith with them, he pointed them towards Jesus. And their presence in heaven is largely thanked for the ministry that Rick had when he was here in this world.
[00:31:16] That's a motivation.
[00:31:19] And that became his motivation.
[00:31:22] This is why he stepped into the ministry.
[00:31:25] This is why he spent his time ministering to teenagers, because that's worth investing in.
[00:31:32] That's a good motivation.
[00:31:34] And it was in that moment when he shared that story that I began to feel that motivation.
[00:31:39] And I got passionate about being a part of this big mission that God has called each and every one of us Christians to.
[00:31:46] To be a part of this mission of bringing God's kingdom to earth. Not just escaping someday to get away and go somewhere else, but establishing God's kingdom in this world.
[00:31:59] And we are all called toward that purpose.
[00:32:03] Because I want to stand with God someday in heaven and hear the words, well done, my good and faithful servant. I don't want limp into heaven. I want a grand entrance into the eternal kingdom of God.
[00:32:16] So my invitation for you is this.
[00:32:19] We're beginning this eight week journey of becoming lean in, show up at your life group, having read the chapter, come to church every single Sunday of the series and really apply yourself.
[00:32:36] Really. If there's a wall there that is keeping you from moving forward, let's break through it in the next couple months.
[00:32:44] If you're on shift work and you're not able to come every Sunday, watch online, whatever it takes, apply yourself to continue to grow so that you become more useful and productive in God's kingdom, be a part of the mission.
[00:33:00] I think it's a great thing. I think. I think there's nothing else in this world that is more worth your effort and your time.
[00:33:07] It's a good motivation. God, I thank you that you accomplished everything necessary for us to be adopted into your family.
[00:33:15] God, I pray that if there is anybody here today who does not have a personal relationship with you that right now your spirit would begin to say things to them that I cannot.
[00:33:26] That you would guide them and lead them towards the courage to have a conversation with somebody about the next step they need to take.
[00:33:34] And God, for everybody here today who has hit a wall, God, I pray that you would help them. That your Holy Spirit would help them get introspective and recognize the motivations that are holding them back and to deal with them, to have the courage to face them.
[00:33:49] God, I pray for this series that you'll guide and lead each of us. We love you and thank you. In Jesus name, amen.
